Welcome to KoKo Kids. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and all puchases made through it. By using the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

KoKo Kids refers to the online store, including all of its services and products.

Customer refers to any person who uses the website or makes a purchase through it.

The Customer agrees to use the website lawfully and not to engage in any activity that may disrupt, damage, or interfere with the operation of the website, or attempt unauthorized access to its systems or data.

KoKo Kids reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms and Conditions or misuses the website.

Products

KoKo Kids makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, images, and colors. However, differences in screen settings may result in slight variations in the actual color of the products.

Some images displayed on the website may be enhanced, generated, or edited using                      artificial intellgence (AI) technologies or image-editing tools for presentation and quality                    enhancement purposes only. As a result, there may be minor differences in certain details such as lighting, background, or product presentation. However, we strive to ensure that the displayed      images accurately represent the key features and specifications of the actual product.

All measurements and sizes are approximate. Customers are advised to review the size guide before completing a purchase.

All products are subject to stock availability. Displaying a product on the website does not guarantee its continued availability.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.

KoKo Kids reserves the right to modify prices, promotions, offers, or discounts at any time without prior notice.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, product description error, or any technical issue resulting in incorrect information being displayed, KoKo Kids reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund of any amounts paid.

Orders

Submitting an order does not constitute final acceptance of the order by KoKo Kids.

An order is considered confirmed only after it has been reviewed and accepted by KoKo Kids.

KoKo Kids reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time before shipment, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock.
  • Pricing or product description errors.
  • Inability to verify customer information.
  • Suspected fraud or misuse.
  • Abuse of discounts, promotions, or special offers.
  • Orders containing unusual quantities or orders suspected to be intended for resale without approval.

Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed through authorized payment service providers. KoKo Kids does not store customers’ payment card details.
